I felt as if this ancient traveler had left me a message when I photographed his or her handprint on the sandstone wall at El Morro National Monument in New Mexcio.

I love this photo — evocative and makes me think of who the handprint might belong to.
the tourists got there long ago huh? the place is ruined lol
This has a similar feel to the artwork of the Australian aborigines who sprayed handprints onto rockwalls as part of their art.
