I'm sorry that you've had problems with the Blanzza luggage scale. Have you notified the company of your problems? What was their response?

Bought the scale today 01/13/2010 Elder Beerman. I puched the ON button, the unit displays HELLO for a moment and the displays “out-0″ and they displays “byE” in about 5 seconds. Absolutely nothing works!!! A piece of junk right out of the box!!

For what they cost these Balanzza scales are a great buy. They'll pay for themselves on first use.

I could've really used one of these in Asia! It's super there becuase there are tons of budget airlines to get around SE Asia – however they all have really tough baggage rules – 15kg normally – and no slack for going over!
