Baby boomer travelers, last week, I introduced you to Passports With Purpose. Along with travel bloggers from throughout the blogosphere, I’m participating in a raffle to raise $13,000 to fund a school in rural Cambodia through the non-profit organization American Assistance for Cambodia (AAfC).
Starting November 30, 2009, visit the Passports With Purpose site to check out the catalog of prizes that travel bloggers like me have solicited from their favorite travel providers. Baby boomers, your job is to purchase a $10 raffle ticket (or more) for a chance to win the prize of your choice (or prizes). 100% of all donations go directly to AAfC a 501 (c)(3) charity. The fundraiser closes on December 21, 2009. Prize winners will be announced on January 5, 2010.
Win Kuru Shoes
Thanks to Kuru Footwear, My Itchy Travel Feet is offering a pair of Kuru shoes as our prize for Passports With Purpose. Designed with an ergonomic and anatomically correct active midsole, Kuru shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I’ve ever worn. The patent-pending technology custom molds to your feet providing orthotic quality support.
The raffle winner will choose between one of three models: Draft, Rapid or Slipstream. Retail Value starting at $79.97. This raffle prize is limited to U.S. residents only.
So, baby boomer readers, what are you waiting for? Click on over to Passports With Purpose to enter the raffle for your favorite prize. See you there.
