I’m working on a post about taking my first hot air balloon ride at the Bluff Balloon Festival. In fact, it should have been published yesterday. Didn’t see it did ya? That’s because I’m having technical difficulties uploading my first video clip. I’ll work on it this weekend in the hopes of publishing it on Tuesday. In the meantime…
Baby boomer travelers, are you a numbers person or are words your thing? Bet you can guess which one I choose. That’s right. Words. I’ve never been keen on numbers. I can’t remember them and I don’t particularly seek them out. But My Itchy Travel Feet has been showing up in the numbers on a couple of blogging lists. If I dont’ care about numbers, why am I sharing? Because these lists make good sources for learning about travel blogs that you might like to read. So, take a look at my numbers:
Travel Pod has compiled an ongoing list at TravelBlogSites.com ranking the top 100 travel blogs. My Itchy Travel Feet is #48 on the list published for January 20, 2010. Hey I was #54 on the January 13 list. I moved up 6. But, who’s counting, right?
Abroadening.com published a list called “101 Most Awesome Adventure & Travel Twitterers You Should Be Following.” I’m #49 on that list. Follow @DonnaLHull on twitter and you’ll see why.
This isn’t a numbered list exactly but JourneyWoman.com named My Itchy Travel Feet the “Juicy Blog of the Week.” It says so, right there in the middle of the site. Be sure to browse around for lots of fun travel information for women while you’re there.
