News for the Week

Five fun places to go in Utah.

The Burr Trail is one of the many amazing sites you can see on a road trip through Utah.

From Donna:

Did you see the March newsletter? It’s filled with ideas for traveling in the American Southwest. Hope you’ll take a look (and then subscribe). In other news, Alan and I leave on a cruise in three weeks, which made me wonder: How early do you start preparing for a long trip? This is one of my biggest travel challenges so I’m looking for ways to be more efficient. Do you have tips for me? Send them here

From Nicole:

We’re welcoming in March with a month full of American Southwestern road trip adventures! If you’re in the mood to get on the road, this area of the country is filled with amazing landscape, diverse culture and oodles of fun travel possibilities. No matter if you hit the entire region or choose to explore New Mexico, Arizona, or Utah individually,  you can’t go wrong just hitting the highway and going. There’s always something to see!

This Week’s Articles

Sorry, New York, but I’m a huge fan of Boston Travel and this week’s guest post on Exploring the Boston Harbor Islands really made me want to go back and see this beautiful part of the city.

As they say, “Don’t mess with Texas,” unless your two fearless travel bloggers, that is. Our guest post this week highlights the best an Amarillo Road Trip Adventure has to offer. Don’t miss it!

Publishing the March Newsletter took the place of Donna’s article for this week. So she’s sharing a favorite from her travels in the American Southwest: New Mexico Backroads Adventure.

A beautiful page from Coloring the West, An Adult Coloring Book for Travelers.

Yes, you’ll see beautiful cactus blooms like this on a road trip in Arizona. Want to color this page? Check out Coloring the West, An Adult Coloring Book for Travelers at Amazon.
