News for the Week

From Donna:

How often do you take a spontaneous trip? It seems that all the travel that Alan and I do requires months and months of research and planning. But it’s spring and we have itchy travel feet. Plus Alan looked at me yesterday and said, “you really need a break.” So tomorrow morning we leave for an impromptu 4-hour road trip to Montana’s Madison Valley to relax for two nights and one full day at Grey Cliffs Ranch. As it turns out, the chef will be on vacation so the ranch manager has offered to cook for us. Now that’s spontaneous! And because I know you are curious, this is a personal trip, no sponsorship involved.

From Nicole:

There are many ways to explore a national park, but hiking is a sure way to see incredible natural beauty on your terms. If you’re planning a hiking adventure soon, make sure to do some planning first. Check out a few of our favorite hiking trails as well as a few great hiking apps before you head out on your National Park Adventure.
