We have another fire in a national park that’s affecting tourism. This time it’s Glacier National Park. For now, Going to the Sun Road on the West Side is closed. But there’s still lots to see.
If you’re planning to travel to Glacier in August, focus on the East Side, Two Medicine, Many Glacier—destination for my favorite GNP hikes—and St. Mary’s. You may experience smoky conditions (or not). Check the official website to stay informed.
