Koala at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
What a sleeping beauty!

This koala in Brisbane, Australia looks so cute and cuddly but beware of those claws. Alan and I visited this sleeping beauty at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary in Brisbane, Australia as part of a Seabourn Odyssey cruise excursion. The lethargic marsupials—they sleep as much as 19 hours a day—made excellent photographic subjects. No worries about sudden movements here.
