Saturday’s scene: Royal Botanic Garden Sydney

Statue in the Royal Botanical Garden Sydney

Alan and I discovered this statue in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney after taking the short walk from our accommodations at the Four Seasons Hotel. The gardens are like a green oasis in the lively Australian city and a delightful way to spend a morning or afternoon. Did you know that the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney even has a movie screen at the edge of the bay for outdoor moviegoers? On this visit to Sydney, we enjoyed unusually mild summer weather, but these two boomers didn’t complain. The city literally sizzled  on our first visit.
