Boomer photographers traveling in the Kootenay Rockies will want to schedule a photo stop at the Slocan Overlook. That’s where Alan took this photograph during a boomer sports car road trip on The Selkirk Loop in British Columbia, Canada. The view of Slocan Lake weaving through the snow-capped mountains reminded us of our cruise through the Norwegian Fjords.
Although parking is limited, there’s a short path for stretching your legs — and gazing at the fantastic Kooetany Rockies view — especially after being all cramped up in a tiny sports car. In fact, scenic overlooks make a great place to practice those boomer fitness tips that Nora Lynch mentioned in her guest post a couple of weeks ago. Right?
